LEGAL IDENTIFICATION OF THE COMPANY

In compliance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, of July 11, 2002, of services of the information society and electronic commerce, the users of this Web site are informed that GENOMICA, S.A. Sociedad Unipersonal (hereinafter, “GENOMICA”), is a Spanish company of indefinite duration, with its registered office in Madrid, calle Vía de los Poblados, 1 – Edificio B, 1ª planta. It was incorporated under the name of “PHARMA GEN, S.A.” by deed granted on May 4, 1990, before the Notary Public of Madrid Mr. Antonio de la Esperanza Martínez-Radío, with the number 1500 of his protocol. Subsequently, it merged with “GENOMICA, S.A.”, through the absorption of “GENOMICA, S.A.” (Which was dissolved without liquidation). (Which was dissolved without liquidation) by “PHARMA GEN, S.A.”, adopting the name of the absorbed company and changing its name to “GENOMICA, S.A.”.

Registered in the Mercantile Registry of Madrid, in Volume 404 general, folio 174, page number M-7906, 1st inscription. It has N.I.F. number A-79434718.

Genomica is licensed by the Spanish Agency of Medicines and Medical Devices (Agencia Española de Medicamentos y Productos Sanitarios) with the number 7311-PS for the operation of medical devices facilities for in vitro diagnostics.

The General Directorate of Quality, Accreditation, Evaluation and Inspection of the Ministry of Health and Consumer Affairs authorizes GENOMICA as a diagnostic center with the unit U.73 of clinical analysis with the registration number CS14383.

The present Legal Notice regulates the use of the web page www.genomica.es (hereinafter, the Page) owned by the company GENOMICA, S.A. (hereinafter, GENOMICA) makes available to the Internet users.

For the use of the Page, it is required the express acceptance of the user of each and every one of the clauses indicated in this Legal Notice, as well as each one of the warnings or specific clauses that are established for the contracting of certain services, products or use of areas of the Page.

In case of not accepting the clauses established in the present Legal Notice, the user must abstain from accessing and/or using the services and/or contents made available on the Page, proceeding to abandon the same.

The intellectual property rights of the collaborating specialists in this GENOMICA web site who publish their articles or works in this web site shall correspond to their authors. The sending of such collaborations to GENOMICA will suppose a free cession of their rights, for their publication through our web site.
